Since I spend about 37 percent of my waking time complaining about how hot and humid South Korea is in summer, let alone little ol’ Daegu being the hottest city in the country, it’s only fair that I state for the record that the weather these days is positively sublime. It’s cool and breezy but also sunny and bright.
Or to use a Korean phrase that doesn’t quite work in English, “the sky is high.”
